If your item was damaged upon arrival please kindly contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the problem. A full refund will be issue if the item or packaging was damaged.
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. You can choose the most suitable payment method for you. All our products are set in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing your order.
You can change the currency shown to your local currency depending on which country you are in for your convenience. However, when you check out, you will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
Rest assured that Seventhaven does not charge for multiple failed payment attempts by the same card.
If you see multiple transactions for the same item in your bank statement we strongly suggest that you call them to check on the transaction status. It usually takes a few working days for the bank to reflect on the actual successful transaction.

We currently ship worldwide with the exception of the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sierre Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Ukraine, Guatemala, Liberia
Once your order is placed it will be sent to our factory where it will be made to order. It takes 2-3 business days (maximum of 5) for your jewelry to be handcrafted. Your order will then be shipped and the delivery times will depend on the shipping destination as follows:
United States: 2-5 transit days
Canada: 3-7 transit days
Europe: 4-8 transit days
Rest of the world: 6-10 transit days
In the case of providing us an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us your correct address.
