We believe that a customer should not be held liable for reshipping fees due to a defect of our product. Therefore we do not request the customer to reship back their product back to us due to defects.

In the event that we are unable to reship your order due to production issues, a full refund will be issued to you.
If you have received a defective product please send us a picture via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll process the replacement immediately after confirmation.
After your replacement is processed, you'll be notified by email of your replacement's progress, and be provided with real-time tracking updates as it makes its way to you.
If we receive an order back from the carrier (Return to Sender) or the order cannot be shipped as the address is invalid, we will contact you via email to send your order to a new shipping address.
