Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns as all orders are printed on demand meaning that we make your product once an order comes in. However, we do replacements or refunds based on the terms stated below.


    A free replacement will be made due to the following

    • You receive an incorrect item or an incorrect design
    • You receive an incorrect photo on your personalized jewelry
    • The design is of low resolution or is poorly designed
    • The item has visible defects (broken chain, cracks etc)
    • The packaging is damaged upon arrival

    If you have received a defective product please send us a picture via email to and we'll process the replacement immediately after confirmation. 

    After your replacement is processed, you'll be notified by email of your replacement's progress, and be provided with real-time tracking updates as it makes its way to you.


    A full or partial refund will be made due to the following

    • You cancelled your order before it went into production
    • We are unable to fulfill your order due to production issues


    The 2 year protection plan is a premium add-on covering damage & defects starting from the date of purchase. Customers must have purchased the add-on during checkout to be eligible for coverage.

    Each purchase of the plan includes one replacement per item.

    If your jewelry has any defects that is covered during the term, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Support Team and we will gladly replace the item.

    If the purchased item is discontinued, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or higher value.

    The protection plan covers damage which includes the following

    • Any damage or defect on the pendant
    • Any damage or defect on the necklace chain
    • Any damage or defect on the necklace gemstones
    • Tarnish or discolor on the jewelry
